Terms of Service

Introduction

This website is operated by GITC ApS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “GITC” refer to GITC ApS. By using gitc.dk, you accept these terms of service in full and without reservation. You also agree to future amendments to our terms and are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

2. Payment

We accept payment via the following methods:

Payment is charged immediately upon ordering, unless otherwise stated. For bank transfers, the order is created once payment is received in our account at Jyske Bank.

3. Delivery

All ordered hosting services are activated within 24 hours after payment is completed. In case of delays, the customer will be contacted via email.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As our services are digital in nature, they cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 13, due to immediate delivery upon payment.

5. Warranty

The customer has a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish law. If issues arise with the service, the customer must contact us in writing via info@gitc.dk.

6. Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint about our service, you can contact us via email info@gitc.dk or phone +45 39396130. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may contact the Danish Dispute Resolution Center via www.forbrug.dk.

9. Liability

GITC ApS disclaims responsibility for data loss, downtime, or other service interruptions. Customers are responsible for backing up their own data.

10. Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of breach of our terms or Danish law.

11. GDPR & Data Protection

We store personal data securely and in accordance with GDPR. Customers may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

12. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the website to function properly.

13. Subscription

By enabling automatic payment, the customer accepts our subscription terms. Cancellation must occur no later than 6 days before the next billing period unless otherwise stated in an offer or contract. Commitment periods and cancellation terms follow the agreement made between the customer and GITC ApS.

14. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has up to 14 days to withdraw, unless the service is delivered immediately upon payment, in which case the right is waived.
